How are your fine art prints framed?
Our prints are custom framed using premium UV-protective acrylic and high-quality wood moldings in styles like white, black, and natural maple. Each piece is handcrafted to order by expert framers.
What is your return policy on artwork?
Because each piece of art is custom-printed and framed specifically for you, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Unframed prints typically ship within 5-7 business days, while framed art requires 2-3 weeks for production. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our fine art prints and lifestyle products worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I request a custom size for a photograph?
We currently offer a curated selection of sizes ranging from Small to Collector. At this time, we do not offer custom sizing beyond the options listed on the product page.
Is the signature on the print authentic?
All of our fine art prints feature a digital signature of Gray Malin or are hand-signed depending on the specific collection and edition type. Please check the product description for details on your specific piece.
